We will then either exchange them for another pair, change the lenses or refund FULLY the cost of the glasses. All we ask is that you tell us why you are unhappy,for example:-
1) you entered the prescription incorrectly ( If you have any doubts understanding your prescription please give us a ring or e:mail us.
2) you or your friends don't think the glasses suit you
3) they don't fit as you expected
4) the optician gave you an incorrect prescription or wrote it unclearly
